About Training
Get started with design thinking! Learn the basics in our design thinking training workshop, and start on your own innovation project step-by-step. Create and validate an innovation for and with your clients, customers or users. Use some of the most effective tools and techniques to design your concepts.
  • Understand the fundamental concepts of Design Thinking and the Double Diamond framework as a foundation for innovation.
  • Conduct the empathy process to uncover user, client, or customer needs through observation and interviews.
  • Formulate a clear and focused problem statement based on user understanding.
  • Generate innovative solution ideas using various ideation techniques (e.g., brainstorming, mind mapping, etc.).
  • Create quick and low-cost prototypes (physical or digital) to represent solution concepts.
  • Test prototypes with real users and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Develop an action plan for applying Design Thinking in their daily projects or work within their respective organizations.
  • Reflect on the innovation process for continuous improvement.
Innovation and design thinking is for anyone willing to change their mindset, not only about challenges and problem solving, but also about creating something new.
